3. Custom Orders
Custom and special-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Color, finish, and material may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes and lighting conditions. These variations are not considered defects.

5. Order Processing and Lead Time
Estimated lead times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on inventory, production, and logistics conditions.

6. Pickup and Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting products at the time of pickup or delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability
ECS Cabinetry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
