At Eastern Construction Supplies, we are committed to transparency and customer safety.
Many of the stone and engineered quartz products we distribute contain crystalline silica, a naturally occurring mineral that, when inhaled in dust form, may cause serious long-term health problems such as silicosis, lung cancer, and other respiratory conditions.
β Proposition 65 Warning
In accordance with California Proposition 65, we are required to inform users of the potential risks associated with crystalline silica.
β WARNING: This product can expose you to crystalline silica, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Cutting, grinding, drilling, or polishing stone may release respirable crystalline silica dust into the air.
For more information, visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
We include this warning:
- On our product pages
- On packing slips and invoices
- Directly labeled on the stone when applicable
